Knockdown of CXCR4 can mimic the effect caused by CSF-1R inhibition. (A) Western blotting showed a remarkably downregulated CXCR4 in both PC-3 and C4-2 cells with two shRNAs. (B) MTS assay showed that downregulation of CXCR4 in PC-3 and C4-2 cells can mimic the effect caused by CSF-1R inhibition.
