miR-29a affects glioma cell proliferation, migration, invasion and apoptosis in vitro. After miR-29a mimic, inhibitor or corresponding control treatment, proliferation (U87:A; U251:B), migration (U87:C; U251:D), invasion (U87:E; U251:F) and apoptosis (U87:G; U251:H) of glioma cells were measured by CCK-8 assay, transwell assay and flow cytometry.
