Averaged relaxation parameters (R1, R2 and HetNOE) determined for KRAS-WT, G12C and G12D in both GDP- and GTP-bound forms. Additional dynamic properties were calculated with the Lipari–Szabo model-free and reduced spectral density analysis: τc (global correlation time), S2 (generalized order parameters) and J(ωh): the spectral density functions of fast motions.
