PC-3 and PC-3AcT cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of DTX or CCM in DMEM containing 3.8 μM lactic acid for 48 h. Two human prostate epithelial cell lines (RWPE-1 and HPrEC) were incubated in lactic acid-free DMEM. (a) Cell viability was measured by MTT assay.
