Treatment with GDF9 plus BMP15 inhibits expression of luteinisation markers but potentiates granulosa cells preovulatory differentiation markers. Primary human cumulus cell (CCs) were treated for 48 h with vehicle (C) or GDF and BMP15 combined (GB: 5 ng/ml each) in the presence or absence of FSH (50 ng/ml).
