Sftpc^CreERT2:Stat3^LoxP/LoxP mice were given tamoxifen or vehicle and euthanized three months later. Representative H&E stained histological specimens are shown. The Mean linear intercept was unchanged by the loss of Stat3 in these unchallenged mice (n=4 mice per group). Data is shown as the mean +/− SEM.
