PFK-15 induces genome instability. (A and B) Immunofluorescence using the antibodies of Tubulin and γ-H2AX were performedafter PFK-15 treatment for 6 h in SW480 (A) and HT29 (B) cells, respectively. (C and D) Cells were treated with indicated dose of PFK-15 for 6 h, and then the images were obtained by fluorescence microscopy after DAPI staining with both 400 and 1000 magnification. Micronuclei percentages were analyzed and shown as mean + S.D. in graphs (D), **P < 0.01. Each group included at least 50 cells, and sterisk indicated micronuclei. (E) Following treatment of the cells with PFK-15 for appropriated periods, cell lysates were subjected to immunoblotting. The scale bars were shown in the figure.
