Inhibition of Cervical cancer growth by Minnelide monotherapy. (A) shows the effect of Minnelide as a monotherapy in treating subcutaneous tumors established in female, athymic mice. SiHa cells were injected into the right flank and 0.4 mg/kg of Minnelide was injected daily starting from day 12 after tumor cell implantation. Treatment was continued for 21 days. Tumor volume was measured by calipers every week. Closed circles, control and open circles, minnelide-treated group. Open circles, Control and closed circles minnelide treated group.
