Deletion of all three ORMDLs potentiates increases in dihydroceramides and ceramides induced by deletion of ORMDL3. Sphingolipids were extracted from control (CTL1), ORMDL3 single KO (ORMDL3 KO1), and triple KO ORMDL1,2,3 (TKO) cells and total (A) dihydroceramides and (B) ceramides and their acyl chain species were measured by LC-ESI-MS/MS.
