Stopped-flow difference spectra at 10 s (A–C), 50 s (D–F), and 500 s (G–I) of apo-CuACcP with 1 equiv (parts A, D, G) or 2 equiv (parts B, E, H) of Cu(II) added under aerobic conditions and 2 equiv of Cu(II) added under anaerobic conditions (parts C, F, I).
