Exo-146a treatment restores the neurological outcomes db/db mice treated with exo-naïve or exo-146a once per week for 4 weeks. MCV (A) and SCV (B) were tested every two weeks. Threshold to thermal and mechanical stimuli in diabetic mice were by plantar test (C) and Von Frey test (D), respectively. Among the treated groups, exo-146a treated mice showed enhanced neurological outcomes after 2 weeks of administration. ##p<0.01, ###p<0.001 db/db+vehicle vs dm; ∆p<0.05 db/db+vehicle vs db/db+exo-naïve; *p<0.05, **p<0.01 db/db+vehicle vs db/db+exo-146a; ^p<0.05 db/db+exo-naïve vs db/db+exo-146a.
