The custom high-speed hyperspectral illumination source produces illumination that is passed through a liquid light guide into a Nikon Eclipse Ti microscope. The illumination reflects off a dichroic filter up through a 60x objective to the stage. An Andor Zyla sCMOS camera is connected to the left port on the microscope to acquire images.
