Protein expression of Sar1b in the small intestine and liver of Sar1b^mut/+ and Sar1b^del/+ mice. Wild-type, Sar1b^mut/+, and Sar1b^del/+ female and male mice (9–11 weeks) were fed ad libitum with a conventional chow diet for 1 week. Prior to the sacrifice, mice were fasted 6 h, and their tissues were flash frozen. Sar1b (A and C) gene and (B and D) protein expressions were assessed by RT-qPCR and Western blot, respectively, in the intestine and liver.
