Protein expression of Sar1b in the small intestine and liver of Sar1bmut/+ and Sar1bdel/+ mice. Wild-type, Sar1bmut/+, and Sar1bdel/+ female and male mice (9–11 weeks) were fed ad libitum with a conventional chow diet for 1 week. Prior to the sacrifice, mice were fasted 6 h, and their tissues were flash frozen. Sar1b (A and C) gene and (B and D) protein expressions were assessed by RT-qPCR and Western blot, respectively, in the intestine and liver. Results represent the means ± SEM of 4–6 mice in each group. ∗∗P < 0.01, ∗∗∗P < 0.001, ∗∗∗∗P < 0.0001 versus Wild-type mice (Ctrl).
