VES reduces CD47 expression in HeLa xenografts of nude mice. After the model of tumour-bearing mice was established, 40 and 80 mg/kg VES were injected intraperitoneally once every two days for 28 days. (A) CD47 mRNA in tumour excised from nude mice was detected by quantitative real-time PCR assays. β-Actin was used as a loading control.
