TLR4 expression during the differentiation of MSCs into the three respective lineages in the presence and absence of LPS or FnIII‐1c. MSCs were cultured for differentiation into three lineages then the cells were treated with and without 1 µg/mL LPS or FnIII‐1c for 7, 14 and 21 days.
