NDUFS1 significantly inhibits the abilities of invasion and migration of LUAD cells and miR‐3130‐5p can rescue partly the suppressed abilities caused by NDUFS1. (A) Invasive abilities of A549 and H1650 cells were assessed by matrigel chamber invasion assays after the above processes. (B) Migration abilities of A549 and H1650 cells were examined by the migration assays under those indicated conditions.
