The SARM Cl-4AS-1 blocks ILC2P to ILC2 transition as efficiently as 5a-DHT.In vitro differentiation of ILC2p on OP9-DL1 feeder cells in complete medium supplemented with mouse IL-33 (1 ng/ml), IL-7 (5 ng/ml) and SCF (15 ng/ml) in presence or absence of AR-agonist 5α-DHT (1 nM) or CI-4AS-1 (10 nM) and the AR-antagonist Flutamide (100 nM).
