The expression patterns of the overlapping DEGs.

The fold changes of Lpl, Nnt, Slc16a7, and Alpk3 expression (log2 FC) were obtained from GSE45006 and GSE93249. Data are expressed as the mean ± SD. Comparisons between results from multiple groups were analyzed using a one-way analysis of variance, followed by Dunnett’s post hoc test. For experiments involving two groups, an unpaired Student’s t-test was performed. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, ****P < 0.0001.
