CoPoP/PHAD immunization vaccine efficacy in ferrets. Fitch ferrets were vaccinated intramuscularly on day 0 and 28 with 8 μg recombinant HA trimers derived from A/Victoria/361/2011 (H3N2) admixed with CoPoP/PHAD liposomes or AddaVax and challenged on day 56 with 106 TCID50 heterologous influenza A/Texas/50/2012 (H3N2).
