The color of the points indicates if it is a final state (yellow) or a transition state (red). The thickness of the lines indicates the frequency of the transition between two states. Green color means transition from a folded state (0) to an unfolded state (1), and blue lines the opposite. Striped lines demonstrate transitions in both directions.
