KIF5A levels are elevated in MS CSF compared with non-inflammatory neurological disease control (NINDC) in the Bristol cohort. Levels of KIF5A measured by ELISA are significantly increased in RRMS (n = 38) and progressive MS (n = 9) when compared to NINDC (IIH) (n = 48). Values represented as mean ± SEM.
