A Survival analysis of RNA sequencing data from TCGA cohort showed that correlation with hazard ratio and P-value of PGK1 in several malignant cancer types included lung, glioblastoma, ovarian, liver kidney, pancreas, head and neck, breast, colon and prostate cancer. B A global meta-analysis of PGK1 gene expression using the PrognoScan database. The hazard ratio (HR) at a 95% confidence interval (CI) is shown and is accompanied by the range of HR values from lowest to highest in a forest plot. The significance of the difference was analyzed using the nonparametric Mann–Whitney U test.
