(B) LNCap cells were transfected by CRISPRi or CRISPRa systems and gene expression was confirmed by real-time PCR. (C) MTT assays revealed that knockdown of ITGB5 or activation of TIMP1 and TMEM176B expression inhibited the growth rate of LNCap cells. (D) ELISA assays revealed that knockdown of ITGB5 or activation of TIMP1 and TMEM176B expression increased the apoptosis rate of LNCap cells.
