1. Results of the in vitro phospholipid transfer assay with PTPIP51 and various phospholipids. The percentages of lipid transfer were calculated with the following formula: 100×F_acceptor/(F _acceptor+F _donor). The data are presented as the mean ± SD of technical quadruplicate experiments from one representative experiment (n = 2), and P‐values calculated using Student’s t‐test are shown.
2. Two kinds of fluorescent CLs were used in this assay. The fluorescent MLCL in Fig 3 has the chemical structure shown in (1), and fluorescent CL* has the chemical structure shown in (2).
