HepG2 and HK-2 cells were treated with 100 µM CisPt for 6, 24 and 48 h. After treatment, the nuclear changes were detected using five methods, i.e. developed spectrofluorometric assay using Hoechst 33258 (= H33258), caspase 3/7 activity, TUNEL assay, protein expression of PARP-1 fragment (fPARP-1) and DNA ladder.
