Active sites with the same colored circles are located at equivalent (or close) positions between other aconitase enzymes and AcnX. The open circle in IPMI is the fourth cysteine residue near the [4Fe-4S] cluster (see Fig. 4i). b AcnX. The amino-acid residues with black stars indicate specific active sites for C3LHyp dehydratase and MVA5P dehydratase.
