ALDH1 is expressed in premalignant endometrium. Immunohistochemical staining from representative cores of two patients per histology is shown. Within the endometrium, ALDH1 predominantly displayed a cytoplasmic distribution in glandular epithelium with some expression observed in the stroma. Magnification = 100X. Scale bar = 30 µm.
