Effect of baicalin combined with miR-200b-3p mimic on LPS-induced A549 cell apoptosis and morphology. The A549 cells were transfected with miR-200b-3p inhibitor in the presence of 1 mg/l LPS and 50 μM baicalin for 24 h. The A549 cell morphology was detected via the AO/EB method. A549 cell apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry.
