Effect of miR-200b-3p overexpression on the inflammation of LPS-induced alveolar type II epithelial cells. The A549 cells were transfected with miR-200b-3p mimic and miR-200b-3p inhibitor in the presence of 1 mg/l LPS for 24 h. PGE2, IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α in A549 cells were measured by ELISA.
