The plot in panel A displays results from linear-mixed effects models assessing the effect of subgroup and the interaction effect between subgroup*time on MMSE scores, adjusted for age, sex and education. The model includes one predictor for all subgroups with AD-No Domains as the reference. The Kaplan-Meier curves in panel B represents the survival probability over time for the various subgroups. Hazard ratios were calculated using a Cox proportional hazard model using AD-No Domains as the reference, and was adjusted for age.
