GS inhibited the anti-inflammatory effects of GAA in LPS-stimulated BV2 microglial cells. The protein levels of TNF-α (a) and BDNF (b) were detected by Western blot. GS was administrated to BV2 microglial cells for 2 h before LPS and GAA treatment for 24 h. After normalization to the CON, data from three independent experiments was analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by post hoc Turkey tests and were presented as Mean ± SEM.
