NUMB-dependent activation of β-catenin requires CK2 activity. (A) Western blot analysis of the levels of indicated markers in scramble (Scr.) and Numb KD MLE12 cells 24 h after bleomycin treatment in the presence of 10 μM CK2 inhibitor Cx-4945 as indicated. Phosphorylated AKT at serine 129 (p-AKT) was used as a positive control to demonstrate efficient inhibition of CK2. GADPH was used as loading control.
