Degradation of the LXRβ protein by the synthesized compounds. HuH-7 cells that had been cultured in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM) containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) were treated with the indicated compounds for 24 h (A, B) or 8 h (C).
