Detection of the spike ectodomain or the spike RBD from SARS-CoV-2 using biotinylated variants of 4 and 5 by ELISA. A) Antigen capture ELISA. The plate was coated with antibody BD-218 and blocked with BSA, and then the spike or RBD (1 μg mL–1) was captured and detected with biotinylated 4 and 5. B) Direct ELISA. The plate was coated with the spike ectodomain or RBD (1 μg mL–1) and blocked with BSA, and viral antigen was detected with biotinylated 4 and 5. C) Quantitative direct ELISA. The plate was coated with the spike protein (dilution series 1000–15.625 ng/mL) and blocked with BSA, and viral antigen was detected with biotinylated 4.
