Schematic diagram illustrating anti-RANKL-mediated inhibition of RANK signaling. Activation of RANK by RANKL activates AKT and ERK, thereby liberating the active form of β-catenin. Generation of anti-RANKL antibodies by mRANKL-MT inactivates RANKL, thereby downregulating AKT/ERK activity and preventing downstream of β-catenin signaling.
