(A) Expression levels of miR-768-3p in tumor and normal adjacent tissues of patients with breast cancer (n=116). The expression of miR-768-3p was significantly lower in breast cancer tissues compared with that in adjacent normal tissues. (B) Expression of miR-768-3p in breast cancer cells (SK-BR3, MCF-7, T-47D and MDA-MB-231) and normal breast cells (MCF-10A).
