The figure reports the area under the receiver operator characteristics curve (AUROC), area under the precision recall curve (AUPRC), the F1 score, and the recallscore all using different features as predictive characteristics. Recall is equal to the ratio of true positives tothe sum of true positives and false negatives. Precision is equal to the ratio of true positives to the sum oftrue positives and false positives. The F1 score is equal to 2*(Recall *Precision) / (Recall + Precision).
