Where “+” indicates zone of inhibition between 1 and 2 mm, “++” indicates zone of inhibition between 3 and 4 mm, “+++” indicates zone of inhibition between 5 and 6 mm, and “++++” indicates zone of inhibition between 7 and 8 mm.
