FUNDC2/PIP3/AKT/FOXO3a/Bim axis mediates the protective effect of plt-mito on the recipient cells under HR stress. Plt-mito pre-treated with or without anti-FUNDC2 N-term antibody were cocultured with the cells under the normoxic and/or HR condition.
