The SARS-CoV-2 encoded miRNAs are able to target the regulatory regions (3′-UTR, 5′-UTR or enhancer) of host genes, and the host miRNAs might be hijacked by the virus genome. The involved miRNAs could target genes that participate in variety of biological process that induced by virus infection.
