Construction of CD8+ T cell-related prognostic gene signature. (A) Volcano plot displayed the CD8+ T-cell-associated immune-related genes (CDIRGs) of the univariate Cox regression analysis. (B) Random survival forest analysis screened the most important 10 genes. (C) After Kaplan–Meier (KM) analysis, the top 15 gene signatures were sorted according to the log-rank p value of KM.
