Elevated cytokine levels in COVID-19 positive patients. Blood serum samples from healthy (CoV–), COVID-19 positive (CoV+), and COVID-19 recovered (CoV Rec) subjects were obtained, and the levels of cytokines/chemokines were assessed with the help of Luminex multiplex assay. The levels of detected cytokines were plotted. Data are shown as mean ± SEM. ∗ p < 0.05, ∗∗ p < 0.01; as per One-way ANOVA for multiple comparisons.
