Each peptide pools has been tested in the specified four concentrations in a standard IFN-γ ELISPOT assay. SFU counts exceeding 3 SD of the mean of the negative peptide pool control are highlighted according to T cell affinity levels, as specified in Table 2 . The original counts can be found in Supplementary Table 7 .
