Effect of DAA on MAPK phosphorylation and NF-κB activation in HaCaT cells. (A) DAA inhibited the phosphorylation of MAPK (ERK, JNK, and P38) in HaCaT cells (A-aA-c). (B) DAA also inhibited the degradation of IkBα and the translocation of NF-kB to the nucleus (B-a,B-b). IκBα was normalized to β-actin and NF-kB was normalized to Lamin B1. The results are expressed as the mean ± SD (n = 4). ### p < 0.001 vs. normal; * p < 0.05, *** p < 0.001 vs. control. DAA was used at 0.01 µM, 0.05 µM, 0.1 µM, and 0.2 µM. DEX, the positive control, was used at 0.1 µM.
