Phosphomimetic mutation of a potential ROK target site induces nuclear localization of MRTF. LLC-K1 proximal tubular cells were transfected with Hemagglutinin (HA)-tagged WT or T82D mutant MRTF-B constructs. Cells were stained for the HA epitope and nuclear marker, DAPI.
