Participants	224 women with atypical endometrial hyperplasia or early endometrial carcinoma, fertility sparing treatment
Interventions	1. MPA 2. MPA + LNG‐IUS 3. LNG‐IUS
Outcomes	Primary: pathological response rate (regression), pregnancy rate, live birth rate Secondary: side effects rate
