FT-IR spectra of lemongrass (LG) essential oil, β-cyclodextrin, and inclusion complexes LG-1 and LG-2. Spectra were obtained from 400–4000 cm⁻¹ with a resolution of 3.857 cm⁻¹ as an average of 32 scans on a FT-IR spectrophotometer.
