RT-PCR for markers of fibrosis—Collagen 1, Collagen 3, and ASMA. Adult male C57B6 mice, WT, and EC-SOD transgenic mice (TG) were exposed to FiO₂ 10% hypoxia for 21 days (WT). The control group was composed of animals housed in room air (RA). Quantitative RT-PCR was used to assess gene expression analysis of Collagen 1 (A), Collagen 3 (B), and ASMA (C) in the right ventricular tissue. All experiments n = 5.
