YPFS suppresses protein expressions of P-gp and BCRP in cultured A549-DDP cells. Cultured A549-DDP cells (120,000/well in 100-mm plate) were treated with YPFS for 48 h. Cell lysates were collected, diluted to equal protein concentration, and analyzed by western blotting. Representative western blots are shown.
