Construction of BC2635 J chain. The J chain in the pcDNA3 vector, 2365 was obtained from L. Cavacini. It has the native sequence found in UniProtKB: P01591.4. The XhoI fragment containing the gene was cloned into the XhoI site of BC350 to yield BC2635 J Chain.
